Leadership Giving
The Heart Club gives recognition to individual or household donors who have an expressed interest in being part of community solutions and improvements by making a significant personal contribution to our annual campaign. Each year these donors are recognized at various levels depending on the amount of their contribution to the campaign. You are a 2012 Heart Club Member if your annual gift is $250 or more.
NOTE: Some donors wish to remain anonymous and we gladly honor that request.
We encourage everyone to consider becoming a Heart Club Member.
Following are the donation levels:
BRONZE: $250-$499
SILVER: $500-$999
GOLD: $1000-$1999
PLATINUM: $2000-$4999
TITANIUM: $5000 & Over
