The Delta Dental Mobile Program will be rolling into Yankton, May 2 - 6, 2022 to once again provide dental care to youth ages 0-21, residing in South Dakota, at no cost to the child or family.
Delta Dental of South Dakota supports the Mobile Program with paid staff and volunteer dental professionals. The mobile dental bus is on the road approximately 40 weeks a year, serving an estimated 1,300 children annually in South Dakota. In 2018, the Delta Dental Mobile Program came to Yankton and provided preventive and restorative dental care valued at $30,157 to 37 area youth.
The cost to bring this program to Yankton is $2,500.00 – and sponsored by United Way. Another great example of how your contribution to United Way of Greater Yankton provides critical services to the community!
Pre-registration is required to participate. Registration forms can be obtained at Beadle Elementary School, Department of Social Services, Boys & Girls Club of Yankton, Yankton Contact Center, Yankton WIC Office, Pathways Shelter for the Homeless, The Clothing Closet, and United Way of Greater Yankton.
